Shumba Youth is a household name in the London Reggae scene. Roots and culture are a powerful influence in this young veteran's style. Fusing sounds from Roots Reggae and Soul to Ragamuffin Hip-hop, Jungle and Afro.

He draws on the past in order to lead us somewhere unknown. Shumba is showing no signs of slowing down with his recent solo releases ‘Right Way’ , ‘Standing Firm’, and ‘Mad & Bad’.

These latest singles have received big responses from the likes of Ras Kwame and Sir David Rodigan, not to mention a killer remix from Aries and Nicky Blackmarket. While recently working on several collaborative projects with the likes of, Zed Bias, Joe Armon-Jones, Ray Keith, Manudigital, OBF & Joe Ariwa to name a few.
