Freya is a visionary catalyst for evolution, medicine woman and an ecstatic birth priestess. She has a Masters in consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology, specialising in alchemising trauma through the body. Freya has more than a decade of experience supporting people to alchemise grief and trauma. She has also lived in Middle and South America with indigenous tribal cultures and co-creating with plant spirit allies. When she returned back from living in Bolivia she desired to continue her journey with plant medicines and plant spirit allies and started co-creating with the Rose as a potent and powerful teacher. She has devoted to the Rose and her powerful space for opening to pleasure and beauty through her wise holding of all that needs to be released. Freya now co-creates magic with many facets of Rose medicine in all her containers. She has created a modality called Embodied Recoding, guiding people to move beyond repeating patterns in their life and from their lineage. She has found this to be very supportive for plant medicine integration. Freya co-creates with all aspects of the womb, including conscious conception, baby loss and ecstatic birth. It is her joy and passion to share sensual embodiment and erotic awakening as an integrated part of life. She is the creator of Embodied Birth Experience. Keys to an Ecstatic Birth. A 3-month immersion to experience birth in a pleasure focused, ecstatic and even orgasmic way. The program guides pregnant women to connect with their body and baby during pregnancy as well as release intergenerational patterns and recode their own birth experiences. She also runs a program called Grief Alchemy, exploring ways to converse with sorrow, to create a relationship with loss and develop practices that honour this process.
